第十届中国二次离子质谱会议定于2025年10月15日至18日在陕西省西安市举办，由中国计量测试学会离子与原子探针专业委员会、陕西省检验检测产业技术创新战略联盟和陕西省电子显微镜学会主办、西安交通大学承办。中国二次离子质谱会议已成功举办了九届，成为本领域学术与技术研讨，开展交流与合作的盛会，极大地促进我国二次离子质谱技术的发展与应用。本次大会热诚邀请中国大陆、港澳台地区以及海外从事二次离子质谱技术研究与应用的专家同仁相聚西安，展示二次离子质谱学领域的最新研究成果和研究进展，促进相关基础研究及应用领域的学者开展学术交流与合作，共同探讨本领域的前沿话题和未来发展趋势，进一步推动我国二次离子质谱技术与应用的发展。

The 10th Chinese National Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry is scheduled to be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province from October 15 to 18, 2025. This conference is hosted by theIon and Atom Probe Professional Committee of Chinese Society for Measurement,Shaanxi Provincial Strategic Alliance for Inspection and Testing Industrial Technology Innovation, and Shaanxi Electron Microscopy Society,and is organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University.With the success of the previous nine sessions, the conference has become an important event for academic and technical discussions, exchanges, and cooperation in this field, effectively promoting the development and application of secondary ion mass spectrometry in China. In the upcoming 10th conference,we will invite experts and scholars engaged in secondary ion mass spectrometry research and application from China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas to Xi'an to present the latest research results and progress in this field. The conference is expected to promote academic exchanges and cooperation among scholars in related basic research and application fields, provide a platform for researchers to jointly explore cutting-edge topics and future development trends, and further advance the secondary ion mass spectrometry application in China.

会议由会前课程短训、大会特邀报告和专题研讨等3部分内容组成。
The conference consists of three parts: pre-conference training, keynote speeches, and seminars.

1.会前课程短训Pre-conference Training
学术委员会和组织委员会邀请安排二次离子质谱领域的专家教授，为研究生和青年科研人员举行半天的二次离子质谱基础、仪器和分析应用的会前课程短训（中文授课）。
The academic committee and the organizing committee invite experts and professors in the field of secondary ion mass spectrometry to give a half-day pre-conference training on the basics, instruments, and analytical applications in this field for postgraduate students and young researchers. (The training will be in Chinese language.)
注：短训课程免费，会议为参加短训课程的成员提供免费午餐。

2.会议报告Conference Report
包括大会特邀报告和专题研讨。会议将邀请国内外知名学者做大会特邀报告。专题研讨包括口头报告和展板交流两部分，由组织委员会负责组织和安排。
Keynote speeches and seminars are included. Renowned scholars from China and the overseas are invited to give keynote speeches. Seminars consist of oral reports and poster presentations.
